This project will require several sections of curb & gutter be replaced to restore drainage patterns, excavation & installation of new base course material on Yucatan Court, and replacement of entire asphalt mat. The Project will include approximately 1,100 linear feet of curb & gutter replacement, 5,650 square yards of asphalt mat removal, 5200 SY of new 12 thick aggregate base course, and 1,225 tons of asphalt paving. All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids.
