The work of this Contract comprises the construction of the infrastructure site work. The work will include but not be limited to site preparation, earthwork, asphalt pavement milling and resurfacing, pavement marking installation, signage installation, concrete curb, gutter, and minor sidewalk repairs, landscape restoration, and among other items quantified in the proposal pages of this ITB. The projects physical address is Commercial Blvd Parking Lots, 2428 E Commercial Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, with its general location of the project being the parking lots located on both North side and South side of Commercial Blvd, from North Federal Hwy to Dupont Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
