Renovation of a medical facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Broward Health will receive sealed responsesto this RFQ from persons or entities who wish to provide the Broward Health Medical Center Medical Air Vacuum System Replacement RFQ. Additional details are provided within the RFQ document. Broward Health is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide and install the following equipment at Broward Health Medical Center: Supply and Install NEW Busch R5 RA0502 Rotary Vacuum Pump in position 4. Install new piping and electric to new vacuum pump Install new motor control center for two pump operation Remove pump three from existing control panel Install existing pump 3 and new pump 4 on new motor control center Reconfigure electric as necessary to accommodate new panel Provide hoisting and rigging Provide permit Clean the premises and return area to like condition as when starting the project Provide project management and supervision Provide manufacturer warranty on system and one year on labor All shut down work on overtime shall be included in price No refurbished equipment
