Purchase Type: Term: 04/01/2024 - 03/31/2029 Option: 1 Base Year with 4 Option Years The City of Colorado Springs, dba Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT), seeks proposals from qualified and licensed Electrical contractors for our On-Call Electrician Services project. MMT may choose to utilize multiple Contractors to complete requested tasks including but not limited to technical electrical projects including new construction, modifications to existing systems, installation of equipment, repairs, and emergency repair services. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Federally Funded - Insurance Required - License Required Award Requirements - All or None Award The Offeror is advised that the successful Offeror shall be required to furnish to the City of Colorado Springs, upon award, one copy of each: Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract within ten (10) calendar days after notification of award of a contract. The cost of all bonds shall be included in Offeror's offer. The City of Colorado Springs reserves the right (a) to reject any or all offers,(b) to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received, and/or (c) to accept any portion of an offer if deemed in the best interest of the City of Colorado Springs.
