Experience: For this Contract, the Contractor is required to have at least three years' experience in the performance Drainage Repair or the Project Superintendent must have at least three years or like experience as a Superintendent. A contractor that presently has certificate of prequalification with the Department in "Drainage" will suffice to meet the above requirements.
