Metropolitan is seeking an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide routine janitorial services at F. E. Weymouth Water Treatment Plant located at 700 N. Moreno Avenue, La Verne, CA 91750. The Contractor shall perform the daily, nightly, weekly, monthly, and quarterly janitorial services specified in the Request for Proposals (RFP) throughout Metropolitan's entire premises, including, but not limited to all office space, lobbies, corridors, conference rooms, common areas, plaza areas, patio area, exterior of building, kitchens, lunch and break rooms, stairways, loading dock, lavatories, passageways, elevator cabs, computer rooms, public, and private restrooms. The facility includes multiple buildings totaling approximately 170,000 square feet of cleaning area. The contract term is one year with (4) annual renewal options at Metropolitan's discretion.
