each bidder requesting plans shall submit
a SEPARATE Forty Dollar ($40.00) check for handling per set if plans are mailed to the bidder, which will not be returned Plans, specifications, and other bidding documents may be obtained electronically from the architect. There is not a fee to obtain the pdf documents electronically. The bidder must inform the architect drawings are acquired electronically to ensure inclusion in bidders list and distribution of additional contract documents including addendums. Bidders that acquire documents electronically without informing the architect in writing will not
be allowed to submit a bid
Prequalification of bidders will not be required. Bidders to whom award of a contract is under consideration shall submit to the Architect, upon request, a properly executed ALA Document A305 Contactor's Qualification Statement No Bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening without the consent of the
