The Project is a 1 story, approximately 28,900 sq ft addition to the existing facility located at 4255 Patterson Avenue, Winston-Salem, NC. The scope will include Demo, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Millwork, Waterproofing / Sealants, Doors, Frames & Hardware, GWB/ACT, Painting, Specialties, Metal Bldgs., Fire Protection & MEP, Communications, Sitework, Etc.
