The Project is a 1 story, approximately 28,900 sq ft addition to the existing facility located at 4255 Patterson Avenue, Winston-Salem, NC. The scope will include Demo, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Millwork, Waterproofing / Sealants, Doors, Frames & Hardware, GWB/ACT, Painting, Specialties, Metal Bldgs., Fire Protection & MEP, Communications, Sitework, Etc. All RFIs need to be submitted via email to sarah.neblett@flblum.com. Deadline TBD. This project has a goal of 10% MWBE participation. Please include the provided MWBE forms with all bids. If MWBE subcontractors require assistance with bonding or payment terms, please let us know. Blum Construction has the ability to create custom solutions to support a successful project outcome. Examples of Trade Partner Support: quick pay arrangements, modified insurance limits, bonding access or alternative bonding solutions, joint check agreements, prequalification assistance, disaggregation of bid packages, alternate options for financial statements prequalification requirements, break out of materials and equipment to support cash flow.
