The Consultant's services will generally consist of construction management, document control, claims mitigation, contract administration, utility coordination, labor compliance, material testing services, construction inspection, and project close-out services for the following project types, but will not be limited to, roadway pavement rehabilitation and/or restoration, streetscape, landscaping and irrigation systems, utility, bridges, safety lighting, traffic signal, water treatment and distribution systems, sewer systems, flood control and storm drain facilities, parks, general facilities (chain-link fencing/gates, retaining walls, etc.) and other Public Works construction projects. The work to be done by the Consultant shall be as specified in a Task Order, to be issued by the City to the Consultant prior to starting any work. The following are the proposed scope of services for construction management and inspection. Additional actions may be included as the Consultant deems appropriate based upon their experience as well as CITY'S needs: A. Construction Management. B. Construction Inspection. C. Constructability Review. D. Labor Compliance. E. Utility and Outside Agency Coordination. F. Temporary Construction Easements and Right of Entry. G. Material Testing and Geotechnical Services. H.
