The El Rancho Unified School District (ERUSD or District) is seeking a proposal for selection of one firm provide Lab of Record: Geotechnical, Materials Testing / Special Inspection Services for the El Rancho High School Redevelopment Project. The firm or consultant(s) will be required to have a thorough knowledge of the professional services and activities of construction materials testing and special inspection. The scope of services to be provided shall be in accordance with the California Code of Regulations - Title 24 Requirements, latest edition and all other related applicable standards. All firms will be required to comply with all applicable codes. The scope of work in complexity and scope of services shall include construction materials testing and inspection - including on-site sampling of construction materials, laboratory testing of concrete, masonry and soils, radiographic examination, testing of manufactured products, observation of construction methods, project documentation/technical support and preparation of daily logs and final report.
