The City is seeking qualified consultants to provide professional Construction Management services for the City's Smith Park Aquatic Center Renovation Project ("Project"). Prospective firms should have significant experience, expertise, and familiarity in working with public agencies to provide such services requested in this RFP. The selected firm ("Construction Manager") will be required to provide all services necessary to deliver the project through construction, including, but not limited to: value engineering recommendations as required; oversight, administration, and coordination of project bidding; construction contract administration; construction oversight, administration, coordination, and observation; collection of Certified Payroll Reports and delivery to the City for labor compliance; arrangement, coordination, and supervision of material testing services (to be provided as part of Consultant's proposal); arrangement, coordination, and supervision of contractor's construction surveys; arrangement, coordination, and supervision of City-paid special inspections, as required by the Building Division; and project close out services.
