Reference Number 0000345014 Delivery Point Districtwide Throughout the fiscal year the El Rancho Unified School District may require paving services for its parking lots, playground areas, or other ground areas. As the need arises for paving services, the District will contact the contractor that is awarded this bid and schedule the work. Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: Up to three 1-year renewals Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 03/15/2024 07:00 PM EDT Question Deadline 03/15/2024 at 4:00 PM PT Inquiries shall be sent in writing to: Jeff Fitchett at jfitchett@erusd.org Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code, and be licensed to perform the work called for in the Contract Documents. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active Class C12 License at the time of bid and throughout the duration of this Contract. The Contractor's California State License number shall be clearly stated on the bidder's proposal Subcontractors shall be licensed pursuant to California law for the trades necessary to perform the Work called for in the Contract Documents. Bid Security. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Failure of any Bid Proposal to be accompanied by Bid Security in the form and in the amount required shall render such Bid Proposal to be non-responsive and rejected by the District
