DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: 820 LF - Joint and Crack Repair (Type B3) 3,049 LF - Full Depth Repair (Type CD-LV) 3,880 SY - Pavement Replacement (Type CX) 128 SF - Partial Depth Repair (Type BA) 1,520 EA - Dowel Bar (Epoxy Coated) 3,017 LF - Integrant Curb Design D4 (Modified) together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. Question Deadline 02/25/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by September 30, 2025. BID SECURITY: A proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Fridley shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
