Integral Care anticipates awarding one (1) two- (2) year contract for the Services, with option for a limited number of successive one (1) -year renewals, commencing on approximately May 1, 2024 (the "Contract"). Any Contract awarded as a result of this RFP will be prepared by Integral Care, and any Proposer (as defined below) selected for a Contract award may be referred to herein as a "Successful Proposer". Any questions concerning the specifications for the Services or RFP process shall be directed to Brody Ballard, Coordinator of Legal Services, by electronic mail to brody.ballard@integralcare.org, no later than January 25, 2024 at 5:00 PM CDT ("Question Submission Deadline"). All questions with respect to either the specifications for the Services or RFP process that are received by the Question Submission Deadline will be provided in a memorandum(s) available on the Texas Electronic State Business Daily website where the RFP is found. An optional tour of the Facility will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. No RSVP is required. Successful Proposer will furnish maintenance and regular time callback service on each Elevator. Such maintenance service will consist of periodic examinations of the Elevators, adjustments, lubrication, cleaning, supplies and parts to keep the Elevators in proper operation, including such adjustments, parts or repairs made necessary by abuse, misuse or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Successful Proposer. All Services will be completed by Successful Proposer's trained employees or contract staff. All required tests are to be performed during regular working hours of regular working days as is customary in the elevator industry ("Regular Hours"), or outside of Regular Hours provided that no additional cost is incurred by Integral Care for Services provided outside of Regular Hours.
