A 27' (Wide) X 37'(Long) X 12'(Tall) Pre-fabricated and Engineered Steel Building (Gar- Age). (to Accommodate Existing Slab on Grade Foundation on Site, Dimensions Are 28'x38') 3. Garage to Be Designed, Eng. Stamped With Opening Placement as Per Attached Sup- Porting Document. Structure Openings to Be: A. (1) 10' X 10' Opening on the Short Wall. (Location as Per Doc.) B. (1) 3' X 7' Opening on the Long Wall. (Location as Per Doc.) 4. Garage Wall/design to Be Straight Walled (Not Curve or Quonset). 5. Garage Snow Loading to Be Minimum 60 Lbs/sqft. 6. Garage Trim to Be Black, and Cladding/roof to Be of a Gray (or Similar). Colour Op- Tions to Be Confirmed Upon Ordering. 7. Garage to Include Foundation Design/anchor Layout. 8. Garage to Include the Following Extras; A. Insulation Kit (Minimum R-20) (Walls and Roof) B. Eavestroughs and Downspouts. C. Snowguards D. Anchor Bolts as Per Foundation Requirements. 9. Garage Package to Be Presented to Bgis Representative for Final Approval Prior to Ordering. 10. Delivery by March 25th 11. Bgis Staff to Confirm/verify Upon Completion. 12. Any Additional Work Not Outlined in the Scope Above is Not to Proceed Without Writ- Ten Permission by Pm. Additional Work Not Approved Will Be Covered at the Sup- Plier's Expense. 13. Supplier is to Abide by All Bgis Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
