Site work and renovation of a civil project in Laurel Hill, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Well No. 1 and Well No. 3 Rehabilitation The project consists of: Replacement of approximately 425 LF of 6 asbestos cement waterline with new 6 PVC waterline. Rehabilitation of Well No. 1 to include motor, pump and column replacement, well casing rehabilitation, chlorination equipment replacement, building renovation, generator replacement and new electrical controls. Replacement of the upper shaft at well No. 3. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any bid informalities, and to re-advertise for bids when deemed in their best interest.
