The project will include reclaimed asphalt pavement 14,072 LF on Steel Mill Creek Road. Each bidder must submit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the information for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to submit a l00% performance bond and a 50% payment bond. All bidders must comply with the requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Florida and be certified for the type of work for which a proposal is submitted. The submission of the Bidders' current State of Florida license number will be required before his/her bid will be received or considered. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids on the whole or in part with just cause, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the City of Laurel Hill.
