Supply of a Solids Processing Equipment. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed, in writing, to the ENGINEER for the project. It shall be understood, however, that no interpretations of the specifications will be made by telephone Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified cashier's check or a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, made payable to Fremont County in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The Successful BIDDER will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount not less than 100% of the contract price. The County intends to begin construction on the WWTP around fall of 2024 with equipment delivered January 2026. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or To Reject Any or All Bids, if in the Best Interest of the Owner.
