Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a medical facility in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

A. The Contractor shall furnish short-circuit and protective device coordination studies as prepared by the electrical equipment manufacturer or an approved engineering firm. B. The Contractor shall furnish an Arc Flash Hazard Analysis Study per the requirements set forth in NFPA 70E - Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace. The arc flash hazard analysis shall be performed according to the IEEE Std. 1584-2018 equations that are presented in NFPA70E-2018, Annex D. C. The scope of the studies shall include: 1. All new distribution equipment supplied by the equipment manufacturer under this contract complete up to new or existing power company transformers. 2. All equipment requiring short circuit and arc flash labeling for compliance with NEC including: a) Air Conditioning Equipment 3. All existing distribution equipment upstream or downstream of equipment effected by the project. 4. Study and adjustments shall also include selective coordination as required by NEC Articles 700 and 701. A Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount not less than 100% of the Contract Sum, conditioned upon the faithful execution of the Contract, will be required The right is reserved, as the interest of Montgomery County Commissioners' Court may require rejecting any one or all responses and to waive any informality in responses received. All responses received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
