The associated construction work will include earth work, paving, landscaping, drainage facilities, retaining walls, CIDH piles, erecting of pre-cast concrete voided slab. Site work includes hardscape, DG and decorative concrete pathways, curb, gutter and sidewalks, lighting, roadway improvements including grind and ARHM overlay of adjacent roadways, striping, and signage, installation of public art, environmental mitigation measures, public/private construction interface improvements, and other miscellaneous work as required by the plans and specifications. Coordinated construction efforts with the Contractor will be made with adjacent undergrounding of SCE, AT&T and Crowncastle overhead lines as well as LVMWD Pump Station Building improvements.
