B-22-CP-CA-0141 License Requirements CLASS "A" OR CLASS "B" CONTRACTORS LICENSE The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary for the painting of the interior ceilings and the interior and exterior walls of the 30,062 square foot Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center (AHCCC). Next, include removal and reinstallation of the current bleacher system, the removal and hauling of existing gym floor, removal and disposal of existing rubber vent cove base, installation of new rubber vent cove base, installation of new gym floor, apply game lines and graphic to match existing floor, installation of new logo at center court, dance floor refinishing of sanding and resealing, the installation of remaining flooring throughout the AHCCC including the hallways, common areas, lobby, Activity room, front workstation, back staff office, and ballroom. Bid Alternates, will include installation of new ADA accessible electric sliding doors and installation of window shade coverings, as more clearly described in the Contract Documents.
