Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Agoura Hills, California. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 1, 2022, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. SCOPE OF WORK. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The scope of work includes removal & hauling of existing concrete sidewalk, curb, gutter, driveways, asphalt, construct new curb & gutter, sidewalk, driveways, ADA ramps, grinding and/or saw-cutting of raised sidewalk, applying concrete patches on existing sidewalk, and preparation and implementation of traffic control plans by a qualified subcontractor. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer.
