Site work and paving for a civil project in Agoura Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of August 10, 2022, project was awarded to Toro Enterprises, Inc., awarded amount is $721,265.84** The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The work includes removal & replacement of Asphalt Concrete (AC) and Aggregate Base (AB), AC crack sealing, lower & raise water valves and manholes, AC full width grind, overlay with Asphalt Rubber Hot Mix-Gap Graded (ARHM-GG), construction of portland cement concrete swale, installation of Type 2 Slurry Seal, removal/replacement of two speed humps, removal & reconstruction of broken planter curb & tree roots, and installation of pavement striping. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids.
