Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Agoura Hills, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**The anticipated start date is August 2021 and finish date is October/November 2021. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to renovate and replace existing infrastructure at the Sumac Park Restroom Facility. Work includes but is not limited to roof replacement, electrical and plumbing repairs, fixture replacement, and cosmetic work. Additionally, the Project includes work necessary for the removal and reconstruction of concrete sidewalk, curb ramp, curbs and parking lot restriping. The full scope of work is more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids.Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer.
