The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Design-Build Modification of the Kitchen Ansul located at Consolidated Headquarters Complex (CHQC), 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, California. Work to include: The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, taxes, insurance, permits, and transportation to perform a design-build modification of the kitchen Ansul.. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor and/or C-16 Fire Protection Contractor License or subcontract to one. The Government Estimate for this project is $20,000.00.
