SAIT is inviting experienced and qualified Commissioning Authority consultant proponents to submit an innovative proposal response related to their proposed solution(s) as it applies to the most efficient and effective operations and delivery for the John Ware Revitalization Project ("Project"), to ensure it meets operations and campus school/department needs. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) Commissioning Authority (CxA) is to secure a CxA for services concerning the upgrades and redevelopment of the John Ware Building. SAIT is committed to commissioning this facility to systematically optimize the building and its ancillary systems so that they operate efficiently and effectively in accordance with SAIT's Project Requirements, and that the operations staff has adequate system documentation and training. It is the intent of SAIT to ensure that the fundamental systems are calibrated and operating as required to deliver functional and efficient performance. The estimated contract period will be 30 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/02/12. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
