Working plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a 35,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
IEHP is seeking a contractor to complete demo, upgrade infrastructure, and make tenant improvements to a two-story building (Total area: 35,000 sq. ft.) located at 2050 Massachusetts Ave, San Bernardino, CA. This building will be used as a business office, meeting space, and learning center, and consists of an open work area with cubicles, conference rooms, private offices, print/data rooms, collaborative areas, restrooms, breakrooms, a reception area, and storage rooms. In accordance with company policy, all private offices will be equipped with clear sidelight glass panels and conference rooms will be equipped with clear glass doors, and approximately 42'' high pony wall topped wit clear glass to the ceiling. The awarded bidder will be required to furnish insurance documents in accordance with the Contract Documents and performance and payment bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. Each bond shall be secured from a surety company tha meets all State of California bonding requirements, as defined in California Code of Civil
