70 Building Anti-Ligature Door Replacement Services Description: Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, tools, supplies, materials, machinery, equipment, properly equipped vehicles, trucks, dumpsters, safety gear, licenses, hauling, transportation, disposal, and insurances necessary to perform the work stated This is a "public works" project as defined in Labor Code 1720. Contractor and its Subcontractor shall be registered with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5, subd. (f) and must pay prevailing wage per Labor Code 1771. Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, tools, supplies, materials, machinery, equipment, properly equipped vehicles, trucks, dumpsters, safety gear, licenses, hauling, transportation, disposal, and insurances necessary to perform the work stated herein to remove and dispose of 164 existing doors and install 164 Anti-Ligature hollow metal doors and door hardware in Units 74, 75, 76, and 77 in the 70 building.
