The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to the replacement of three gas water heaters and additional hot water return pumps as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications. If the Contractor fails to complete the work or any portion of the work within the time or times fixed in the contract or any extension thereof, the Contractor shall pay to the University $ 500.00 per each calendar day of delay.
