Renovation of an educational facility in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is January 17, 2024. The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to the replacement of three gas water heaters and additional hot water return pumps as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications. Contractor's License Requirement: To be eligible to bid, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license B. The University reserves the right at any time. If the Contractor fails to complete the work or any portion of the work within the time or times fixed in the contract or any extension thereof, the Contractor shall pay to the University $ 500.00 per each calendar day of delay. This proposal is accompanied with a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total amount proposed. Electronic files containing the bid documents for IFB No. B2024000018 for the 3382 Cafeteria, Boiler Replacement, Hawaii Community College, Hawaii, Project No. CC-23-9104, will be available for download at the Sicomm’s BASEC Hawaii Electronic Procurement System (“HePS”) website.
