The payment will be refunded if bid documents are returned in good condition within thirty (30) days of the bid opening. Director of Public Works The Project consists of the reconstruction of North Bloomfield Road on a similar horizontal alignment with changes in vertical alignment along the corridor. The proposed project would consist of, but not be limited to: 1. Replacement of the existing roadbed structure. 2. New sanitary sewer and laterals. 3. New watermain and services in select locations where there are profile changes. 4. New closed drainage system and storm laterals to each property. 5. New sidewalks and curbing. 6. New pavement markings and signs. 7. The repair of all areas disturbed by the project construction
