Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for General Contract #D005778 including but not limited to all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of a new entrance off from Charlotte Street consisting of sediment and erosion control measures; grading and drainage; tree removal; pavement demolition; granite curbing; gravel, stone dust, asphalt, poured-in-place concrete and unit paver paving; concrete masonry units with stone veneer; fencing, screens and gates; pavement markings; signs; and a pre-manufactured ticket booth. Work performed in the NYSDOT right-of-way shall be completed in compliance with DOT standards, specifications, and any permit conditions required by DOT. In addition to the bonds required by OPRHP as detailed in this Notice to Bidders, the Contractor shall provide a performance security made out to NYSDOT.
