The City of Lawrence is seeking qualified firms interested in providing Lead and Copper Rule Compliance Engineering Services to assist the City of Lawrence Water & Sewer Department in Services shall include the identification, development, and preparation of federal, state, local, and private grant applications to fund studies, plans, work, and then implement work funded under those grants, including State and Federal grants and those originating with, but not limited to, the USEPA including Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding. Designers interested in submitting applications are required to have at least a Degree in Engineering, construction management or architecture with substantial experience in design/construction projects for municipalities and knowledge of public construction bidding laws, City, State, and Federal Guidelines and Regulations. The Design Fee shall be negotiated. Requests for Designer Applications will be available on Monday, January 8, 2024 @ 9:00 a.m. on the City's website online. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City. The method of contractor has not determined at this time
