As of February 26, 2025, this project is currently on hold. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The town of prescott valley (town) public works department is soliciting statements of qualification (soq) from qualified and experienced consultants to provide project manager services for a proposed ymca facility and offsite improvements for the town's public works department. The selected consultant will work under the direction of the town's public works director or designee to provide project management of the delivery of this project from design through construction. The town will award a professional services agreement and issue a purchase order to one consultant selected to provide professional project management services. All submittals shall become the property of the town and any portion of any submittal may be subject to publication and/or public review, pursuant to arizona public records law a.R.S. 39-121.01 et seq. A SOQ received by the Town in accordance with the requirements specified herein will be processed to identify eligible Consultants for the selection process.
