Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Grounds Maintenance Services for Chattanooga National Cemetery -- S208 Chattanooga National Cemetery is soliciting a new base plus four grounds maintenance contract. All work to be performed IAW SOW. NCA has a requirement for a contractor to provide a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract for Grounds Maintenance and Headstone/Marker Maintenance Services for the Chattanooga National Cemetery. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all equipment, tools, resources, and personnel to perform all services per the SOW. See attached documentation for additional information. SITE VISIT:
Offerors are urged and expected to inspect all sites where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect one or all sites constitute grounds for a claim or request for modification after contract award. Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory, but highly encouraged. If you plan to attend the site visit, YOU MUST CONTACT the Contracting Officer, Mr. Weston Worsham, at Weston.Worsham@va.gov, with the name of your company and the number of people planning to attend. Site Visit is scheduled at 8:30 AM EST on 22 April 2024.
Chattanooga National Cemetery: 1200 Bailey Ave., Chattanooga, TN 37404. Meeting will start at the Armed Forces Pavilion. PAST PERFORMANCE: The Government reserves the right to obtain past performance information from any available source and may contact references other than those identified by the Offeror when determining responsibility. RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP): Proposals are due to the Contracting Officer no later than 10:00 a.m. CST on 05/15/2024. The Government intends to make award without discussions. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information provided nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided for the Government. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information concerning this announcement at SAM.gov.
