Renovation of a municipal facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract for the restoration of the building envelope at the Kemper Center, 6501 3rd Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53143. Contract will begin immediately upon award and will continue until project completion. The County expects that the work shall be completed on or before 9/30/2024. Any communications or questions regarding the specifications, or special conditions of bid should be written and submitted to Purchasing as soon as possible, but no later than 1/30/2024 @ 5:00 PM. Bidder shall submit with their bid a cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price. The awarded Contractor shall supply within ten (10) business days after award of contract, a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price covering the faithful performance of this contract. Kenosha County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals or to waive any technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, and to accept any part of a bid/proposal, as deemed to be in the best interests and sole discretion of Kenosha County.
