Renovation of a residential development in Mishawaka, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Painting of All Interior Common Areas contact Nick Crook at The Mishawaka Housing Authority by emailing NickC@mishha.org. All questions regarding the services specified, the RFP requirements, terms, and conditions must be submitted via email to NickC@mishha.org, and will ONLY be accepted in writing after the pre-proposal conference. Provide a total cost for material and labor to repaint all common areas at Riverview 500 located at 500 Lincolnway East, Mishawaka, IN 46544. o Paint all previously painted walls/surfaces in all common area hallways, rooms, stairwells, and other areas Including but not limited to any previously painted piping, conduit, access panels, and electrical boxes. o Paint metal/trim as specified, including elevator doors, railings etc. with appropriate type of materials specified in the materials spec sheet provided. o Paint colors for walls and trim work to be determined between contractor and MHA. o Include pricing for any minor surface repairs if necessary (most walls are cement/block and most door trim is metal). o Include pricing for tear out and replacement of any caulking if necessary. o Clean up all work areas at the end of each day. o The Contractor shall warranty materials and installation of all components for a period of 18 months from date of acceptance by owner of completion. o The Contractor shall be responsible to clean-up all debris and dispose of it legally off-site. No paint or materials shall be stored in common areas in between times of work. If requested, materials and supplies may be stored on-site in maintenance areas to be provided by MHA. o Davis-Bacon Wages must be paid to all contracted and subcontracted employees for this project. Wage Determination will be provided. Certified Weekly Payroll is required. o Proposals must be made in full conformity with all conditions set forth in this RFP. Contractor may withdraw their proposal at any time prior to deadline of submission. Proposals not withdrawn shall remain firm for 90 days after submission deadline.
