The County Commissioners of Charles County are requesting quotes from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide ground maintenance services at approximately 100 Department of Public Works/Utilities sites throughout the Charles County, Maryland. The Utilities sites to be serviced are comprised the following: 39 Sewer Pump Stations 9 Water Towers 7 Wastewater Treatment Plants 48 Well, Sandpipe and Booster Stations MBE Participation (%) 0.25 This solicitation is subject to the Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) Program, in which registered Charles County SLBE firms responding to this solicitation may receive a preference in accordance with the provisions of the Program. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive any informality in the quotes received when such waiver is in the best interest of Charles County.
