Site work and paving for a road / highway in Genoa, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Bid Guaranty May Be of Two Forms: 1) a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond Using the Form in the Contract Documents, or 2) a Cerofi Ed Check, Cashier's Check, or Le Er of Credit in Favor of the Village of Genoa, Ohio, in the Amount of 10% of the Bid. If the Contract is Awarded a Contract Bond Will Be Required, Which is a 100% Payment and Performance Bond. The Bid Guaranty Must Meet All Requirements of Seco on 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code and the Instruco Ons to Bidders. The Village of Genoa Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bids, and to Waive Any Irregulario Es in a Bid, or to Accept That Bid Which in the Judgment of the Proper Offi Cials is to the Best Interest of the County. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than September 15, 2024. The contract documents and specifications are on file at the office of the Village Administrator, 102 E 6th Street, Genoa, Ohio 43430. The documents may be obtained at the Village's website at genoaohio.org or by contacting the Village Administrator at 419-855-7791 or administrator@genoaohio.org. All questions about the true meaning or intent of the bidding documents are to be directed to the Village Administrator's Office no later than five (5) business days prior to the bid opening, via e-mail.
