TCLP is seeking bids to purchase various used transformers and capacitors (equipment) for disposal that become available at our location, 1131 Hastings Street, Traverse City, MI 49686. Note that on occasion, TCLP may request evaluation and separate quotes for repairing transformers from the Successful Bidder TCLP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interest of TCLP. TCLP accepts no responsibility for any expense incurred by the Bidder in the preparation and presentation of a bid. Such expenses shall be borne exclusively by the Bidder. Please direct ALL questions to: Kevin Bartz, Head Storeroom Keeper, Traverse City Light & Power, at kbartz@tclp.org. The deadline for questions and/or clarifications is Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 10:00AM EST. The contract (Attachment A) would expire three (3) years after the execution of the contract. The prices provided in the bid shall be held for this time period. Bidder agrees to hold their bid open for sixty (60) days after the bid opening date of Monday, January 22, 2024.
