Scope: These standards apply to the work covered under this contract consisting of furnishing all labor, equipment, devices and materials and performing all work required to replace air handler fans and modify ductwork in accordance with these technical specifications and applicable drawings. Location: Building 106 at 325 Brooks Road, Rome NY 13441. The work to be performed involves, but is not limited to the following principal features. Modify air handling units, replace supply air fans, and miscellaneous plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems as required. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a Bidder for any costs.
