Renovation of a military facility in Rome, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Remove and Replace the Electric Boiler in Room 128 of Building 700. Contractor shall provide and install all labor and materials to complete the project as described in the attached Statement of Work. Payment bond is required. Award will be made based on lowest price. Wage Determination General Decision Number: NY190013 dated 25 Jan 2019 Magnitude of this Project $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 Contractor will provide and install all valves, piping, devices and controls associated with the install. Contractor Route new pressure relief valve piping to existing floor drain. Contractor Add new butterfly type valves to the building piping mains for isolation. All new pipe extensions/connections shall be welded to match existing. Fittings will be Viega Mega-press style fittings.
