Nisqually River Access Redevelopment Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to construct asphalt paving, striping, tree removal, regrading and compacting gravel parking area, soil amendment, restoration planting, and sign installation, and CXT vault toilet, at the Department's Nisqually River Access Area, located at 11642 6th Ave SE, Olympia, Washington 98513, in Thurston County. Bid Bond: For bids of $35,000 or less, no bid guarantee is required. Bids greater than $35,000 shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier s check Retainage in Lieu of Performance Bond Option on Contracts of $150,000 or Less: If Contractor elects, Owner may retain ten percent of the Contract Sum in lieu of the Performance and Payment Bonds, see Section 00620. No pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled, Contractors are strongly encouraged to independently visit the site. Question Deadline 01/23/2024 at 2:00 PM PT questions regarding this project email CAMP.Bids@dfw.wa.gov with the project title and project number in subject line. This email may also be used to request copies of the projects posted documents (Drawings, Specifications, Addenda). The undersigned agrees to pay the Owner as liquidated damages the sum of $494 for each consecutive calendar day that is in default after the Contract Time. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the Contract by Change Order. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by June 12, 2024. Final Completion shall be achieved by June 25, 2024.
