Reference Number 0000262012 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide as and when required General Contractor services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for DRDC Valcartier (Qc). The SOA will be for a period of one (3) year for an estimated value of $ 2,400,000.00 with a possibility of two (2) additional one-year periods for a maximum value of $ 4,000,000.00. The maximum value of a call-up is $ 25,000.00. Without limitation, each call-up made by the DCC Contract Representative may include: .1 A site visit and meeting with the client; .2 Review of drawings and descriptions of work provided; .3 A breakdown of material and labour costs in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SOA and the bid form; .4 Site surveys; .5 Shop drawings; .6 All work on schedule; .7 Acceptance of the work by the DCC Contract Representative; .8 Update as-built drawings; 9 All technical and commissioning tests; .10 Preparation and delivery of maintenance and operating manuals.
