Reference number : 1796442 Redevelopment of PECVD Sectors - Milling Tower - Semitool at Institut National d'Optique (INO), 2740, rue Einstein, Québec, Québec, G1P 4S4. The work consists of installing three pieces of scientific equipment: a lathe-milling machine, a PECVD and a Semitool. Work on the milling lathe involves installing an external landing door, and modifying 3 other openings to allow the equipment to pass through. Plumbing and electrical work is also required. Work on the PECVD and Semitool will take place partly in the cleanroom and partly in the service corridors, in order to install the plumbing, electrical and ventilation subsystems and services serving them.
