Construction of a new fire hall facility at the intersection of avenue Saint-Clément and rue Alexandra, in the borough of Beauport, to replace the one currently located on rue des Pins Ouest. The new fire hall # 4 will have three double bays, will accommodate six firefighters, a chief, two officers and two additional personnel if necessary. The barracks will be occupied 24 hours a day and will have a single floor except for the part connected to the support rooms for the mechanical/electrical rooms. Budget: $11,000,000. Construction of a new pavilion ($3,000,000) and outside visitor area development ($3,500,000) in the Chauveau Parc. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for commissioning services is cancelled.
