Site work for a mixed-use development in West Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Through this Request for Proposals, the City of West Kelowna invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing construction of the reconstruction of Shannon Lake Road from the Westbank First Nation Boundary to Swite Road and associated drainage works. The reconstruction of Shannon Lake Road from the Westbank First Nation Boundary to Swite Road, and associated drainage works. The major components of the project includes the following approximate quantities: 1. 1900 lineal meters of concrete curb and gutter 2. 5400 square meters of asphalt multi-use path 3. Associated removal of existing asphalt, stripping, excavation pipe 4. 8500 square meters of new road structure and asphalt pavement 5. New signage and pavement markings 6. 1000 lineal meters of new storm pipe of various sizes 7. 21 new precast concrete manholes of various diameters, 1 hydrodynamic separator 8. 1130 cubic meters of underground storm detention system 9. Boulevard landscaping and trees c/w irrigation 10.
