The milling and resurfacing segments include shoulder widening, side road improvements, and minor drainage improvements. All work to be done in Liberty County Pre-Qualification is required to bid on this project. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
