The Base Bid includes the following work: Water o Installation of approximately 100 linear feet of 6-inch restrained joint water main. o Installation of approximately 650 linear feet of 8-inch restrained joint water main. o Installation of approximately 1,350 linear feet of 12-inch restrained joint water main. o And all necessary valves, fittings, and appurtenances needed to complete the work as depicted in the plans and specifications. Sewer o Installation of approximately 1,800 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main. o Approximately 30 sewer service replacements o Installation of approximately 13 sewer manholes o Installation of approximately 170 linear feet of storm sewer pipe o Installation of approximately 5 storm water area drains o And all fittings, appurtenances, and labor needed to complete the work as depicted in the plans and specifications. Complete traffic improvements at the intersection of Lewisburg Pk. (SR-106), E. Fowlkes Street, and Adams Street o Create a new island within the intersection with Adams Street and Lewisburg Pk. (SR106) o Rebuild sidewalk, curb and grass island between E. Fowlkes Street and Adams Street Complete storm sewer upgrades on Winstead Court consisting of approximately 250 linear feet of 18-inch storm sewer concrete pipe and two (2) storm area drains.
