The project consists of the Fire Training Center - Site Improvements as described in the attached documents. The Heard County Board of Commissioners requests statements of qualifications from Qualified Vendors to provide construction services for the Fire Training Center - Site Improvements. The Contractor must have current Georgia Contractor's License. The Contractor shall show qualifications to provide all materials and services necessary in the performance of this scope of work. The Owner shall have the right to waive any informality, irregularity, or insufficiency in the proposal procedure and in any proposal or proposals received and to accept the statement of qualifications which, in the Owner's sole judgment, is in the Owner's own best interests. The Owner shall have the right to accept any statement of qualifications. All questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing (email is preferred but fax and mail may be used) to the Project Manager no later than 12:00 pm on March 1, 2024, local time.
