Renovation of a mixed-use development in Franklin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project includes: Removal and disposal of existing walk-in coolers and freezers; installation of new walk-in coolers and freezers, including mechanical and electrical work; simultaneously performed at the three sites. 1 Franklin Elementary School a 1501 Figuers Drive b Franklin, TN 37064 2 Freedom Middle School a 1000 Excellence Way b Franklin, TN 37064 3 Poplar Grove School a 1030 Excellence Way b Franklin, TN 37069 Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the Contractor and subcontractors not to discriminate in employment practices. Bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. Follow the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject Bids. Bidders are required to be licensed. Follow State Law.
